● TM’s respect & trust one another despite diff’s that may exist among the team.
● The exp/knowledge/skills of other TM’s are acknw/respected.
Communication
○ Honest discussions lead 2 eff solutions of probs.
○ Quality feedback improves the morale of the team.
Co-operation/Collaboration
● All M’s take part in decision making.
● Cooperate with mngnt 2 achieve team/Biz objectives.
