5.1 SECONDMENTS ABROAD
Erasmus = student exchange programme à go and study in a different country
- Erasmus is term from de EU.
- Student exchange programme is the general term.

- Secondee = someone who is on a secondment
- If you are on a secondment you need to work (natuurlijk)

Toyota wants to keep its employees even if that would mean the office being moved to another place, they do this via
a rehiring program which is a system that makes the integration system easier and that aims to hire/employ them
again.
BV: you work as a manager at Toyota Brussels but get relocated to Ghent where there already is another
manager, via a rehiring program they help you to integrate well in the position, with your colleagues and stuff
Labour scarce = not enough people to fill the jobs that are available
Broad-based = heel grote schaal
