Mobility = people be able to move around free

=> we can travel to other countries, everything is excisable

5.1 SECONDMENTS ABROAD

Erasmus = student exchange programme à go and study in a different country

- Erasmus is term from de EU.
- Student exchange programme is the general term.

à secondment (zou het kunnen vertalen voor een uitwisselingsprogramma voor werknemers)

- Secondee = someone who is on a secondment
- If you are on a secondment you need to work (natuurlijk)
- If you go on secondment you need to relocate = basically that you need to remove for work
