1. Can you tell us some of the reasons why you decided to apply for an electrical
apprenticeship? - Correct Answers -The union is what sold me. The brotherhood, I like
that ill be valued as a worker, and I know the union will teach me the right way to do
things. I like that ill be able to go to work every day and know ill be challenged physically
and mentally. I know ill never get bored because there is always something new to learn

1. What are some of the experiences you have had in the past that increased your

do it. I worked about 48 hours that week and was taking the max amount of credits you
could take. I was worried that I may not beable to get it done. I had to make a detailed
strict plan for me to finish this paper. It took a lot of discipline and sleepless nights to
finish the paper but I completed it a day earlier.

3. Describe a time when you were working on an important deadline, but something of
higher priority came up and prevented you from making the deadline. - Correct Answers
-When I was in college I had to write a 5-page paper for my philosophy class. I had a
week to finish the paper. I had it planned out to where I would have to write only one
page the day it was due and that I would do it before I went to work. as I was working on
the paper that day, I got called into work early because there was an emergency. I got
off at 1130 that night, so I told myself I would get as much as I could do in the last half
hour before it was due. I did not end up finishing the essay because I struggled with the
last paragraph. I turned in what I had and ended up getting an 80 percent on it.
6. Think of a time when the instructions you received from a teacher, or supervisor,
were not very clear about how to complete a specific task. - Correct Answers -I had to
do a final paper for college. We had all quarter to do it and we were pretty much on our
own with a syllabus that had vague directions. I messaged a couple of students in that
class and asked them if they had looked at the syllabus and they agreed it was a little

us.
