Drafting a Process Evaluation
Summary of the Program
Mental health awareness and care coordination support programs were utilized to address
veterans' delayed to seek mental health help. It was noted that the Veterans' delayed to seek help

2020). Evaluating the efficiency of this program will seek to establish whether the awareness
creation and care coordination is reaching the intended populations, that is, veterans, the
community, and the healthcare staff. The evaluation will also verify whether the program is being
implemented as proposed, for instance, whether the campaigns, workshops, and training programs
are being conducted or are passing the intended information. The evaluation will also be performed
to ensure accountability for the resources allocated. TSNE (2018) argues that program evaluations
establish accountability by ensuring the allocated resources are utilized as intended. Organizations
conduct process evaluations to ensure the target population benefits and received quality tangible
services.

The evaluation will be done at the implementation phase, particularly at the delivery stage.
