Unfortunately, the service provided did not meet our expectations. The mechanic who attended to
the vehicle, Mr. Thakhani, was requested to service the car and repair the rear brake lights.
However, upon inspection the following day, we discovered that the spark plugs had not been
replaced, and the rear brake lights were still not functioning. This has caused operational delays in
our courier deliveries.
Given that we were charged R8,320.00 for the service, we are disappointed with the quality of the
work performed. We kindly request that this matter be reviewed and rectified as soon as possible.
Please let me know when we can bring the vehicle back for proper inspection and repair.
