The Nevada-based company Zapposhas made it’s mark in the online retail industry as a
prominent business. Just like any other major company, they have fundamental driving forces
that have shaped their organizational environment is much more than the universal cafe with
the instantly recognizable green mermaid logo. A healthy organizational environment is a
vital ingredient for the success of a company. Other ingredients include; workforce diversity,
