TO THE INSTRUCTOR
The purpose of this instructor’s manual and test bank is to assist the classroom instructor
to maximize the use of this textbook. Each chapter of the textbook is expanded to provide a
chapter overview; list of the chapter objectives; outline and highlights the chapter’s main points;
additional assignments and class activities; suggested answers to end-of-chapter discussion
questions, teacher notes and suggested videos, and access to my legal studies lab and virtual law
TE
office experience assignments.
Instructors are encouraged to select those test questions from the test bank that, coupled
with their own questions, ensure subject mastery by their students. The test bank is a guide and
not an absolute. Classroom discussions, presentations and/or additional readings should also be
considered as testing material to further assess student subject mastery.
