Elevator Disaster

I usually don't mind elevators. Sure, you're in a confined space, but it is usually

only for a minute, and you're around people you don't know, or alone.

But after my latest encounter in an elevator, I've grown to be wary of them and try to

avoid them if possible--usually, I'm okay; I'm not handicapped, and I don't live in the

city. But anyway, the last time I was in one, I was in a hotel in Chicago. I was away

from everyone I knew, and there was no one around. I looked around as I stepped into
