1. If person does not meet definition of a patient, release to
self.
2. If person does meet definition of a patient and is not A&O,
transport.
3. If person does meet definition of a patient and is A&O and
suicidal, transport.

suicidal, and is under 18 w/o legal guardian, treat under minors
protocol (if emancipated can AMA/RMA here; if not, transport
under implied consentif unable to reach parent/guardian).
5. If person does meet definition of a patient and is A&O, not
suicidal, and is over 18, do not transport.
