Can pharmacy interns in WV take verbal prescriptions over the phone? - ANSWER-All
pharmacists shall receive the communication of a prescription (NO pharmacy interns
cannot take verbals)
Can you central fill in WV? - ANSWER-No! Completed prescriptions should be bagged
and kept in the pharmacy where the prescription was RECEIVED AND PREPARED,
and kept in will-call until picked up
Can you send a controlled substance from a computer to a fax machine? - ANSWER-
NO! (can do computer-computer for all controlled substances including CIIs)
