themselves and those around them. Meaningful goals allow someone to carefully
plan out a step-by-step process on how they will achieve their goals and let them
know precisely what they need to do to attain that goal.
3. What are SMART Goals? Define each step. Then write your own SMART Goal
for this week. Remember: When writing a SMART goal, you need to ensure
that ALL the items are addressed.
Specific - goal includes a clear, statement on what you want to achieve or
accomplish.
