Types Subclinical hyperthyroidism: ↓ TSH, Subclinical Hypothyroidism:
normal T3 & T4 TSH > 4.5, normal T4
Overt hyperthyroidism: ↓ TSH, ↑ T3 Non-Thyroidal Illness Syndrome
and T4 (NTIS): ↓ T3, T4, & TSH

Diet High calorie, high carbs, low fiber, Low calorie diet
AVOID: caffeine & seasoned foods
