recently explored some of the best marketing communication tools to promote its
products.
1.1 Explain how the four Cs of marketing as adapted from the four Ps of marketing can
be used as a central approach for QuantumElectronics? (10)
The four Cs of marketing—Consumer Wants and Needs, Cost to Satisfy, Convenience
to Buy, and Communication with Consumers—represent a customer-oriented
adaptation of the traditional four Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). This model
emphasizes customer experience and engagement, making it particularly suitable for an
e-commerce platform like QuantumElectronics.com, which caters to both business
and home users globally.
