Definition
There is an association between non arteritic optic ischemia and the
use of Pde5 inhibitors. Patients at risk for this often have a small cup
to disc ratio. It is not a bad idea to have a dilated eye exam prior to
using the ED drugs. Truthfully, men who need ED drugs are usually at
