QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Start the slide show from the beginning of the presentation. - ANS 1. Click the Slide Show
tab.
2. Click the From Beginning button.
To start a slide show from the current slide. - ANS 1. Click the Slide Show tab.
2. In the Start Slide Show group, click the From Current Slide button.
Click the Thumbnails pane. - ANS 1. Click the pane on the left side of the screen displaying
thumbnail images of the presentation slides.
Click the Slide Pane. - ANS 1. Click the large image of the slide.
Add a slide to the presentation that uses the Two Content layout. - ANS 1. On the Home tab,
in the Slides group, click the New Slide button arrow and select Two Content.
Click the icon in the content placeholder that will allow you to add a picture from an online
source to the presentation. - ANS 1. Click the second icon in the second row of the content
placeholder.
Switch to Normal view. - ANS 1. Press the Esc key on the keyboard.
Switch to Slide Sorter view. - ANS 1. Click the Slide Sorter button on the status bar.

Switch to Slide Show view. - ANS 1. Click the Slide Show button on the status bar.
Add a text box below the photograph. Add the text Coming in 2017. When you are done, click
anywhere on the slide. - ANS 1. Click the Insert tab.
2. Click the Text Box button.
3. Click in the area below the photograph.
4. Type Coming in 2017. When you are done, click outside the text box.
Add the text 6 New Products as the title for the slide. When you are done, click outside the text
placeholder. - ANS 1. Click the title placeholder on the slide.
2. Type 6 New Products and click outside the placeholder.
Add a footer to every slide in the presentation except the title slide that reads Products 2020. -
ANS 1. Click the Insert tab.
2. In the Text group, click the Header & Footer button.
3. Click the Footer check box.
4. Type Products 2020 in the Footer text box.
5. Click the Don't show on title slide check box.
6. Click the Apply to All button.
Display the Notes pane and add the note Give specific release date for each product to Slide 2.
When you are finished switch to Notes Page view. - ANS 1. Click the Notes button on the
status bar.
2. Click in the Notes pane and type the text.
3. Click the View tab.
4. In the Presentation Views group, click the Notes Page button.
