and other physiological changes. Consis-
tant inhalation and exhalation helps cir-
culatory system nourish all tissues with
oxygen rich blood while carrying impuri-
ties and metabolic waste. Pilates refers
to this cleansing mechanism as the ''In-
ternal Shower'' which results in men-
tal and physical invigoration and reju-
