Tijdens deze praktijkopdracht voerde ik twee verpleegtechnische handelingen uit bij cliënten in de wijkzorg: het katheteriseren van de blaas bij een man en het aansluiten van een Apo-go pomp voor subcutane medicatietoediening bij Parkinson. Bij de katheterisatie berekende ik aansluitend de vochtbalans. Deze handelingen zijn verricht bij kwetsbare ouderen met complexe zorgvragen, waarbij ik werkte volgens actuele protocollen en hygiënische richtlijnen. De opdracht toont mijn vaardigheid in klinisch redeneren, technisch handelen en zorgvuldig samenwerken met een bevoegd verpleegkundige.
