D082 Task 2 WGU - Core Values
and Their Impact on Professional
Culture .
D082 Task 2 Salary, Krystyna

A. Personal Values

1. Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, and Empathy are my
top four core values. Honesty is an excellent way to
build trust between anyone and allows problems to be
solved quickly. When someone tells the truth, it shows
their sincerity and how much they value what is
happening. In a business setting, honesty helps keep
regular customers because it shows how team members
pay attention to their likes and dislikes. Integrity would
be second because it goes together with honesty; as
honesty relates to words, integrity refers to actions. A
person who knows their beliefs and has a good moral
compass will stand up for themselves. Integrity also
allows peace of mind in business because you can count
on the person to do the right thing in almost any
situation. Empathy is crucial because it will enable
people to be more open and vulnerable. Through active
listening, vulnerability, and not judging or assuming the
worst, empathy can help break down barriers between
people. Loyalty is my fourth favorite core value. Loyalty
means doing what is best for the people I love or my
team members. This dedication helps build trust and can
bring everyone closer.

B. Compare Values

, 1. Honesty aligns with Alliah's mission statement. The
