A. Personal Values

Explain your top FOUR personal core values (e.g., accountability, honesty, integrity, respect,
loyalty, fairness, etc.) with detail on “why” they are personally meaningful to you (it is
recommended to use these words in your responses). (Unit 2: Module 2)

1. My top core value is Integrity. It is important to always be upfront and honest with everyone.
Having integrity as a top value means I believe in having strong values and principles along
with trustworthiness.

2. My second core value is compassion. Keeping strong values but also having compassion
for others who disagree is key to developing and keeping relationships. With just a little
compassion we can overcome everything.

3. My third core value is creativity. Having creativity as a third core value means there's
always another solution to a problem. Having creative values creates a free and open
environment for co-workers.

4. My fourth and final core value is Respect. As we learn and interact with others it’s also
important to respect each other. Respect is a very important value to have, when interacting
with people you hope they respect you and what you have to say, and vice versa.

B. Compare Values

, Evaluate EACH of your FOUR core values from Part A “align” or “misalign” (it
is recommended to use these words in your responses) to the Alliah
Company's values and social responsibility.

TIP: Be sure to explain why and provide examples from the scenario to support your answers.

1. My top core value is integrity, this aligns with the ethics statement. Ensuring all employees,
suppliers, and contractors do the right thing for stakeholders is showing a high level of
integrity.

2. My third core value is creativity, it aligns perfectly with the mission statement. Providing the
most innovative product takes a lot of creativity. Finding the best and the brightest is a very
challenging and creative task.

3. My second core value is compassion, the corporate social responsibility statement shows
compassion for the environment by reducing its impact. It takes a higher level of
compassion to care for the environment

4. My fourth core value is Respect. Respect is included in the ethics statement and Corporate
Social Responsibility statement. Ensuring everyone is doing their best by the stakeholders is
respect. Reducing the environmental impact of the business is respecting the community.

C1. Explanation of Improvements

Explain TWO potential ways that Allah Company's leadership will improve their Cultural
Intelligence by working with a more diverse group of stakeholders. (Unit 3: Modules 4 and 5)

TIP: The two ways should be different and could include an action item to improve Cultural
Intelligence or an outcome of improved Cultural Intelligence. Please provide examples from the
scenario to support your answers.

1. One way Allah Company’s leadership will improve its Cultural Intelligence by working with a
more diverse group of stakeholders is by being able to connect with different cultures and
work together effectively to create the most innovative product as stated in the mission
statement.
