SWOT Justification
Strengths
My employees were the most productive and my cumulative human resources management score
was at the maximum of 0.844. Prior to that I had the highest satisfaction score for quarters four
through seven. This created better productivity from my employees and lead to more demand.
Weaknesses
The results for wealth on my balanced scorecard never met the maximum for any quarter and
barely made it above average for most quarters. I also only had a positive net income in quarter
six. I believe not taking out a loan aided in this weakness being a trend throughout the quarters.
Wealth as a weakness is not something any business wants and would be analyzed thoroughly if
the simulation was longer.

Opportunities
Custom Carbon Bikes did not open a fourth store in Rio de Janeiro. This is an opportunity for
more customers that are interested in carbon bikes. The decision was not made lightly, but the
other stores were a bigger priority for recreation bikes. Rio de Janeiro had the lowest demand
potential in the recreation and speed segments. While they have the lowest potential demand,
there is still a demand and a Custom Carbon Bike location opening there would bring in more
customers.
Threats
Joy Ride has been right behind or just ahead of Custom Carbon Bikes in every quarter for
recreation bikes. They are the strongest of the competition in the recreation segment. In the
world market both of their recreation bikes were rated higher than two out of three recreation
bikes from Custom Carbon Bikes. Although Custom Carbon Bikes had the highest rated
recreation bike in the world market, Joy Ride was sitting right behind in the second and third
