A1: Case Study Analysis: –Each student will present his or her analysis of a healthcare case study. A number of cases from the text and ASQ.orgLinks to an external site. website will be assigned which will show a number of problems for example some challenges encountered in day-to-day management situations or difficulties involving long-term strategy of the healthcare organization. For the purpose of assurance of learning, the case study analysis focus on 4 areas: A survey of the relevant environment factors (external and internal) relating to the healthcare problems presented in the case; Identification of relevant theories and frameworks that apply to the healthcare problems presented in the case. Communication of the proposed solution, and quality of the arguments presented in support of the solution. Assessing the ethical implications of the proposed alternative within the context of healthcare delivery.
