Our Trip to Greece

Next month, my best friend Lara and I are going
on holiday to Greece. We’ve been planning it for
weeks, and everything is almost ready. We’re leaving
on the 12th of July and flying from London to Athens.
We’ve booked a small hotel near the sea, and we’re
staying there for five nights.

We’re going to visit some ancient ruins, try Greek food, and spend a
lot of time on the beach. I think we’ll also take a boat trip to one of the
islands. I’m going to bring my camera and take lots of pictures. Lara says
she’ll spend every evening watching the sunset!

Right now, I’m making a list of what to pack. I’m taking light clothes,
sunglasses, sunscreen, and of course, my passport and tickets. Lara is
checking travel insurance and booking a taxi to the airport. We’re really
looking forward to the trip — it’s going to be amazing!
