Home Care Application: Accreditation
Health care is one of those companies that need to keep up with trends and changes that
occur. With those changes they need to be able to keep the quality of care up with minimum risk
factors as well as maintaining compliance. Below will discuss the necessary information to
complete an executive summary and who the stakeholders are, how current continuous quality
improvement (CQI) correspond with current litigation, most critical factors to focus on to elevate
quality, factors to help lower adverse events, and future steps to accomplish the directive.
What is the necessary background information needed to complete your executive
summary? Who are the stakeholders?
The Executive summary is like an abstract to a paper, and it is giving an overview of the
project at hand. It will state the problem or issue of the organization and the reason for the
project to happen. Then it will include the proposed recommendations to help resolve the
problem or issue of the organization. Then you can include expected results from the resolution
suggested and what they plan to do if they do not work they plan (Boston University., 2015).
