be going away. It's making it kind of hard to get things done, so I decided to

,Yeah, it was pretty heavy, but I could lift it fine.
You have to be very carefull of body mechanics when lifting or pushing things

I've been taking them every five or six hours, like it says on the bottle. (Clarified to how frequently I

Um. . . I don't know. I was, like, bending over and picking them up? Maybe I should have used my
knees more. . . (Clarified to how I was lifting the boxes.)
you should bend at the knees when lifing heavy objects , not at the waist
