Psychological Questionnaire: To Assess Interpersonal Coping Styles and
Meaning-Making in Trauma Support Social Workers.
Introduction
This questionnaire is designed to help us understand how trauma support social
workers manage their emotions and relationships under stress. The first five questions
are based on Karen Horney’s theory of personality, which looks at how people respond
to stress in relationships. The last five are based on Viktor Frankl’s ideas about finding
meaning and purpose, especially in hard times. These are important traits for people
working in trauma support roles because the work can be emotionally heavy, and
knowing how someone copes or finds meaning in their work helps identify if they’re
suited for this kind of job.

Justification:
