In this task I will be analysing the importance of planning and producing the
event. Having the correct tools, feasibility plan, budget, and risk with
contingency plan. We need to carry out an analysis and evaluation of the
planning stages and process.

structure when creating a formal event plan. This is because so I know what
goals to achieve and progress on. Having the event plan, which covers

concerned including participants and member of the team are guaranteed to
