Cartilage
1. Hyaline: Most abundant form of cartilage, is present at the end of joints and connect
your ribs to the sternum. Its capable of withstanding compression, makes up articular
cartilages, and it forms the walls of the voice box.
2. Elastic: Supports the external ear and makes up the epiglotÝs
3. Fibrocartilages: Sits in between the vertebrae discs and is present in knee joints.

15. Sinus: A cavity within a bone, filled with air and lined with a mucus membrane
