CDSA Schedule VII drugs - answercannabis resin (3kg); cannabis 3kg (marihuana)
(must be read in conjunction with Schedule II)
CDSA Schedule VIII drugs - answercannabis resin (1kg); cannabis 30kg (marihuana)
(must be read in conjunction with Schedule II)
Possession & Double Doctoring - answer(1) Except as authorized under the regulations,
no person shall possess a substance included in Schedule I, II or III
(2) No person shall seek or obtain (a) a substance in Schedule I, II, III, IV or (b) an
authorization to obtain a substance included in Schedule. I-IV from a practitioner, unless
the person discloses to the practitioner particulars relating......within the preceding 28
days
Purchasing Requirements - answer- Licensed Pharmacist applies and receives 'signing
privileges'- applies to OCP
- Anyone can sign to receive the order from the supplier (Packing Slip)
Sales Records Requirement - answerThe only two categories that require a sales
record to be kept (sales registry or electronic) are:
