C1: Role Functions
The roles of the team members are as follows:
• Joe served as a team leader responsible for coordination, communication, and
driving the team toward meeting their goals. My duties included organizing and
setting agendas for team meetings, leading the team in developing their goals,
and keeping the team accountable for meeting deadlines to reach those goals.
• Katie served as the presentation compiler and reviewer for the team. Her
responsibilities included compiling the team's collective research into one
cohesive presentation. The review aspect of this role included ensuring that
the presentation was clear, well-organized, and error-free.
C1A: Team Member Strength
One team member's strength was Katie’s knowledge of the Google product suite, which
could be used for collaboration both synchronously and asynchronously. Using these products

knowledge of the intricacies of Google Slides and Google Docs.

This weakness was mitigated through communication and patience by one team
member having a better working knowledge of the program. Rather than commandeer
