### A1. Gathering Information to Assess Training Needs
As the Director of Training and Development, it is my responsibility
to collect all necessary information to understand the training
needs of the organization. This will involve assessing the current
job roles and existing training processes in place.
To achieve this, I will use multiple methods such as:
- Observing floor agents in their daily activities,
- Reviewing current operational guidelines and training materials,
- Conducting interviews and discussions with staff members.
Collecting this data will provide insight into how well the floor
agents are currently performing, identify what aspects of their job
are functioning effectively, and highlight areas needing
improvement. Moreover, it will support the creation of new training
tools that address existing gaps.
