, With the high advances in technology, the rate of success for a company has a dramatic
demand for its workplace expertise, performance, and commitment. This situation which will be
explained in this paper will showcase many challenges because od the technological advances,
the high employee turnover by the expert employees, and the delays that are being held for the
software projects. This scenario has many issues such as substantial business issues, but also
displays ethical issues about the treatment and the overall wellness of the employees.
From just the business point of view, the high turnover of employees who have
experience is creating issues in the time frame which has affected the client’s satisfaction.
The way the company is being seen and the relationships with the clients are becoming in
jeopardy because the company is not meeting the projects in a timely manner. If this is not
resolved quickly then it could result in a loss of contracts, revenue, and the means to keep up
with the competitors. The repeat of hiring and having to train employees to replace the old
ones will become more of a cost to the company and be overly time-consuming which takes
away the focus of the tasks that need to be done.
This brings the view of ethical issues this brings raises issues about employee well-being,
the work-life balance, and the treatment of the employees. Experienced employees are forced to
work over the required hours a week. This issue could result in the employees being less
effective and engaged. Also could bring the issue of working as much as they do resulting in a
decline in health and personal life balance. The imbalance of work and life could lead to the
employees not giving their full potential. In this situation scenario, the respect and environment
are at risk.
A great idea to resolve the issue of well-being and respect for the employees would be to use the
