How do you get RSupply access? - ANS -Qualify NAVEDTRA 43241-P (16 August 2019) for 3-M 302 RPPO
Complete "RPPO Designation Letter"
Have an approved OneTouch Support Account
Fill out "NTCSS Administration Access form"
Route "NTCSS Administration access form" to ADP and have RSupply shell built.
Route "NTCSS Administration access form" to S1
\How many different categories of CASREPS are there and when would they be used? - ANS -Category 2 - deficiency in
mission essential equipment which causes a minor degradation in primary mission; or a major degradation and/or loss of
a secondary mission.
Category 3 - deficiency is mission essential equipment which causes a major degradation, but not loss to a primary
mission.
Category 4 - complete loss of primary mission
\How to become an RPPO - ANS -- Must be an E4 and above
- Must have been onboard for 6 months
- Must have more than six months remaining on board
- Must be qualified 3M 302
- RPPO nomination and designation letters must be approved by stock control
- NTCSS admin access form must also be approved by stock control
- Request OneTouch Access
\How to order material through OMMS-NG - ANS -Open JCN under the correct APL
Order a NIIN or NIINs on the APL
- if NIIN is not on APL, conduct research and work with MSC and then S1
Order NIIN and quantity. Quantities should not exceed QPA
- If QPA is suspected of being in error, coordinate with MSC to submit a FCFBR
- If QPA is not in error, provide justification to the S1 email distribution citing the NIIN, JCN, and justification
