This report aims to analyze my leadership strengths and outline a structured path for my
personal growth as a leader. By evaluating my leadership capabilities and values through various
assessments, I have identified key strengths and areas for improvement. A personal SWOT
(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis will highlight my leadership
approach, followed by specific SMART goals designed to foster growth. “Becoming a
purposeful leader starts with ourselves, articulating and remaining connected with what drives
us, who we are and who we aspire to be” (Joly, 2021). This report serves as a roadmap for
enhancing my leadership skills to drive success within my team and organization.

Character Strengths Profile, leadership style and the Total leadership skills assessments. The
results revealed my top strengths as fairness, perseverance, forgiveness, love, self-regulation,
honesty, hope, humility, prudence and maintaining integrity while balancing different aspects of
life (VIA Institute on Character, n.d.). Additionally, I scored 27/40 in Learning Agility and
