My digital tool of choice is PowerPoint. I chose PowerPoint because it has helped me to
create many presentations. With the use of slides for organization of topics, graphics, different
layouts, and an area to write down notes for each slide, a person can create any presentation
desired (Indeed Editorial Team, 2024). The behavioral app of choice is Better Help Online
Therapy. I chose this app because I have used its services, and the counseling was helpful for my
life. It is a convenient and credible online company that gives users the ability to receive services
from home. Users can choose between chatting, talking on the phone, and using video
conference calls to receive counseling services (BetterHelp, n.d.).
