✔✔If a Unit Classification Committee (UCC) finds that an inmate no longer requires an
"R" suffix, the committee shall refer the case to - ✔✔the Institutional Classification
Committee (ICC) for review.
✔✔ICC can reverse an "R" suffix from a previous institution's ICC only if new and
