Chief Complaint:
"I’m here to check my blood pressure again."
History of Present Illness (HPI):
The patient is a 56-year-old female with a known history of
hypertension diagnosed 4 years ago. She was started on
lisinopril 10 mg daily. She reports occasional headaches and
dizziness, especially in the morning. She admits to
inconsistent medication adherence and a diet high in salt.
Denies chest pain, shortness of breath, or vision changes.
Medications:
Lisinopril 10 mg daily (non-compliant)
Past Medical History:
Hypertension
