Introduction
I am currently a preschool teacher in the elementary schools in Taylor County. I must
adhere to and complete the Florida standards by developing age-appropriate lesson plans that
address the needs of every child in my care and by demonstrating love, patience, and support. This
task can be challenging at times because there is always new material that can help children in
various ways. Preschool is an excellent position for me, but I plan to have my class of
kindergarteners and first graders someday. Most of the schools where I have worked as a teacher
are in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods, so that's where we'll start. Because schools may
not always have enough supplies, preparing might be difficult. Therefore, I can ensure that my
students attain their full potential in class by conducting research and providing essential guidance
and resources.
Objective and Importance for Education
The main goal of this research is to find and use a method of classroom communication that
helps with student and family requirements. Support and resources are crucial at every step of a
child's educational path. Without assistance and resources, it can be quite challenging for a child to
acquire the academic knowledge necessary for a successful life and profession.
Challenge Clarification
I am particularly intrigued by this subject because I have noticed a notable dearth of
classroom communication. The resources necessary to provide a high-quality education are not
always available to schools in low-income areas. Due to the lack of initiative, the parents need a lot
of information. That is why I plan to make classroom communication more efficient.
