Introduction
The success of young children's growth in early childhood education dramatically depends
on establishing a solid rapport between educators and families. The purpose of this Action
Research Proposal is to examine how to get families more involved in their children's education so
that they can provide more meaningful feedback, work together, and help students succeed in
academic achievement, better classroom behavior management, and improved student outcomes
result from increased family involvement (Epstein, 2011). This research is essential because it lays
out strategies and a foundation that works to improve early childhood education by increasing
family engagement and communication with their children's educators.
What's crucial about this research
As an early childhood educator in a diverse classroom, I see firsthand how different
families are regarding their children's school experiences. Engagement can become difficult for
many families as they juggle work and other obligations. Engaging families in preschool programs
and accomplishing educational objectives is the goal of this study, which aims to create and
evaluate outreach approaches for this purpose. I want to affect outcomes like students' social skills,
emotional growth, and academic preparedness by enhancing these connections in my classroom.
