Recruitment plays an important part for a business to success and to achieve their long-term goals. It could be
a hiring process through a poster on the front door of the business to large recruitment process where
businesses hire through advertising on job websites, job centre, or even social media. Recruitment
department mainly help a business to hire new employee, bringing expertise into the business, hiring modern
day labours and so on.
There are so many reasons why a business recruit new employee. Few of the possible reasons are:
Opening new branches
Changes in job role (Internal promotion)

New vacancy availability (someone got sacked)
Opening new branches: When a large business starts to grow and make large number of profits, they could

When a business opens a new branch, they need new employees to operate the branch and they cannot

do more shopping, traveling, exploring, eating, skating and so on. This helps a business to maximizes their
revenue. This activity also increases pressure/overload of work to the businesses and therefore, businesses
are forced to hire new staff. E.g JD distribution centre hire 1000 new employees (Mostly before the Christmas
time) just to cover or handle the peak time.
New vacancy availability (someone got sacked): There are many reasons why an individual could get sacked
by the business. It could be doing big damage to a business, miss conduct, lack of performance and
productivity, misusing the workplace. When someone gets sacked in a small business the position must be
filled as soon as possible to operate the business smoothly. It would be a mass number of R&S but macro type
