a. Keywords Used and Rationale

To begin my search, I brainstormed and selected the following keywords
based on the core concepts of the topic:

 ―Information access‖
 ―rural communities‖
 ―post-apartheid South Africa‖
 ―digital divide‖
 ―information inequality‖
 ―ICT in rural South Africa‖
These keywords were chosen because they represent the main themes of the
topic: access to information, specific geographic and historical context (rural,
post-apartheid South Africa), and technological infrastructure (ICT, digital
divide).
