A. Conduct as Participants in the CFA Institute Program
Definition:
Members and candidates must not engage in any conduct that
compromises:
o The reputation or integrity of CFA Institute
o The CFA designation
o The integrity, validity, or security of CFA Institute programs
Quick Guidance:
✔ Prohibits any conduct that undermines public confidence in the CFA charter
✔ Common mistake: Sharing details about the exam online
❌ You CANNOT discuss the number of questions in any section
❌ You CANNOT talk about what was tested or not tested
✅ You CAN say, "This test was hard"
