How to prepare?
- Read the book
- Try to solve a few of the case studies in the book as an exercise
- Study thoroughly the paper/ article on canvas
- Last lecture is dedicated exclusively to ‘preparation for the exam’ during that we will
do together one example of exam case and solving of the case


Exam:
- 1 short case and 6 questions; 2 questions related to the case like diagnose what the
exact problem is
- 4 questions about application of theories/ models in general
- Total points 10
- Exam counts for 50%

There is no full overlap between the slides and the book and therefore not every model will
be in the book and not every model from the book will be in the slides. DO BOTH

Make sure you know the models by heart also the names of them because the specify the
model you have to use

Paper:
- Three dimensions of diversity
- Minimum, maximum, moderate
- Examples of variety and disparity
- Do not have to know methodology
