H1 Inleiding
Dit portfolio betreft de minor High Care Moeder & Kind, waarin ik mij heb verdiept in de zorg
voor de vitaal bedreigde neonaat en de ondersteuning van ouders in complexe situaties.
Vanaf september heb ik zes weken theorie gevolgd, gevolgd door een elf weken durende
praktijkstage op de afdeling Neonatologie in het Canisius Wilhelmina Ziekenhuis (CWZ) te
Nijmegen. Tijdens deze stage heb ik mij verder ontwikkeld in het bieden van

, gespecialiseerde zorg aan prematuren en zieke neonaten, waarbij ik mijn klinisch redeneren
en verpleegtechnische vaardigheden heb verbreedt. Daarnaast heb ik gewerkt aan de
begeleiding van ouders om hen meer zelfvertrouwen te geven in de zorg voor hun kind.

In dit portfolio reflecteer ik op mijn persoonlijke leerdoelen en de ontwikkeling van mijn
verpleegkundige vaardigheden, gekoppeld aan de CanMeds-rollen. Mijn leerrendement
wordt onderbouwd met bewijsmateriaal uit de praktijk. De namen van verpleegkundigen die
in de bijlagen worden genoemd, zijn met toestemming opgenomen in het kader van dit
verslag.
