Answer:
Create an environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
Creating an environment of openness, communication, and inclusiveness is one way to start to
begin a successful project implementation. In her writing, Tang (2019) states that it takes
creativity to start the conversation of ideas that are new, as well as useful, in order to bring
change, however, it takes those creative ideas to start the innovative aspect bringing compromise
of those ideas leading to the implementation of those ideas in order to begin change. You must
foster an environment for all to have a voice and welcome and all new ideas or revisit old ideas
so that the process of innovation to implement our change with the organization becomes
inclusive for all and that the outcome is beneficial not only for the organization, but the patient
experience overall. Having those qualities as a leader will help to create trust in the leader, as
well as an ability to have all stakeholders to be able to feel welcoming.
Propose how the use of adaptive leadership will affect your leadership identity.
Going through life we learn how to become leaders through characteristics learned not only from
our parents, but from teachers, society, peers, and through our own perception of how we should
lead (Clapp-Smith et al., 2019). There are four key areas identified by Clapp-Smith et al. (2019)
