other name, style or description denoting that the person is m. m. m. m. m. m. m. m. m.
licensed as a licensed professional counselor; or m. m. m. m. m. m.
4. Practices counseling,
m. m.

shall be punished by imposition of a fine of not less than One

3. Engaged in fraud or deceit in connection with services

the provisions of this act; m. m. m. m.
4. Knowingly aided or abetted a person not licensed
m. m. m. m. m. m. m. m.
pursuant to these provisions in representing himself as a m. m. m. m. m. m. m. m.
licensed professional counselor in this state; m. m. m. m. m.
5. Engaged in unprofessional conduct as defined by the
m. m. m. m. m. m. m. m.
rules established by the Board; m. m. m. m.
6. Engaged in negligence or wrongful actions in the
m. m. m. m. m. m. m. m.
performance of his or her duties; or m. m. m. m. m. m.
7. Misrepresented any information required in obtaining a
m. m. m. m. m. m. m.
license.
If the Board determines that a felony conviction of an
m. m. m. m. m. m. m. m. m.
applicant renders the convicted applicant unfit to practice m. m. m. m. m. m. m.

the applicant, by certified mail at the last-known address, for

an administrative hearing to contest such determination before
