primary diversity - Answers more permanent, less changeable more central to identity; Loden; core.
secondary diversity - Answers less visible, less central to one's experience, and more changeable;

groupthink - Answers the group agrees even though there are differences; doesn't allow opinions/ideas
to be challenged.
conflict - Answers 2/more parties want the same thing/their wants are incompatible; emotionality; need
to care about it (high stakes); can be internal, competitive; can be enjoyable.
