This work’s aim is to investigate overall climate change awareness among different age groups in my hometown Yerevan. Additionally, this study aims to understand the age group with the lowest climate change risk assessment in order to develop solutions to raise overall climate change awareness in the country. The reason why I chose this topic and this specific issue is because when comparing my home country Armenia to other upper middle-income countries I noticed that Armenia hasn’t witnessed any climate change protests in comparison with other countries. This contrast sparked my interest in putting a start for an investigation that would answer the question of the climate change risk assessment is different amongst different age groups.
