program? - ANSWER*****I heard some great things about the union in general by
family and friends and when I talked about what my interests, like having good
communication and people skills, problem solving and loving math my cousin
mention an electrician. I did a lot of research of an electrician and never been so
passionate about a career choice.

job? - ANSWERThere was a long line at the ice-cream shop and we ran out of the
liquid pouches to refill the ice-cream machine. I quickly ran to the back and found
some powdered ice-cream and made it homemade so we could make out customers
happy.

how to do it - ANSWERWhen I was working at my first leasing consultant job, they
had me work weekends when the managers were not there. I had multiple people
come in and want to do tours. I took the people on tours and explained I was new so
if there were any questions I couldn't answer I would get back to them! I learned as I
went!

something - ANSWERWhen I got my first apartment I really wanted patio furniture for
my balcony. I didn't enough money to buy the furniture so I used my dads used
pallets and made it into a bench and only had to buy a cushion.

finish - ANSWERDuring turn over, my manager gave me the responsibility to be sure
I had all 5 keys made for 420 of our residents. I had started by having cubbies
starting from building one to 15. I started my making the 3 hard keys for each
apartment then went on to making the fobs and key cards and it when I was done I
felt very accomplished
