Exclusion: Operations - Answer-excludes the operations exposures of:

cherry pickers and similar devises mounted on automobile truck chassis and used to
raise or lower workers

, self propelled vehicles with attached air compressors, pumps, generators, including
spraying, welding, building cleaning etc.

excludes the operations exposure of machinery or equipment that is on, attached to, or
part of, mobile equipment if it were not subject to motor vehicle law

Exclusion: Completed Operations - Answer-not intended to be covered by the BAP (look
to the CGL)

the CGL policy has an exclusion pertaining to autos

Exclusion: Pollution - Answer-BI and PD arising from pollutants is excluded

excludes pollutants that are or contained in any property that is:

-transported, towed by, handled, moved into/onto/from a covered auto,

-in the course of transit

-being stored, disposed of, treated or processed

EXCLUDES before accepted for movement
EXCLUDES after final delivery, disposal or abandoned

Exceptions to the Pollution Exclusion - Answer-gives back coverage for BI or PD if:

the pollutant is needed for or results from the normal electrical, hydraulic or mechanical
function of the auto AND the pollutant is released directly from the auto part designed to
hold it

does not apply to attached equipment

Other exceptions include:

-an auto accident that occurs away from a premises owned by or rented to an insured

-pollutants are not in, upon or transported by a covered auto if the pollutants that are
upset, overturned or damaged are caused by the maintenance or use of a covered auto
AND the released pollutant is a direct result of an accident arising from the covered auto

Endorsement: Pollution Liability - Broadened Coverage for Covered Autos - Answer-
gives back some coverage for the discharge of pollutants that are being transported or
towed by, handled or handled for movement into, onto or from a covered auto
