The Canadian Cadet Organization has three civilian partners: the Navy League
of Canada, Army Cadet League of Canada, and Air Cadet League of Canada.
And obviously we are in the best umm I mean the air cadet league of canada.
Their role is to work with the department of national defense to provide
valuable optional elements to the cadet program, to specify the DND provides
things like the cadet uniforms, training manuals, and organizes summer training
opportunities; and the Air Cadet League of Canada takes care of optional things
, like effective speaking/ debate, squadron bands, and air cadet related
scholarships
The Squadron Sponsoring Committee is a group of cadet parents/
community volunteers that take care of services for the squadron at a local
level. Examples of what the SSC does would be managing finances, venue
rentals, transportation, fundraising events, etc.
My role models have always been my sisters because they are reliable and
trustworthy. Whenever anyone asks anything from them they never doubt that it
will get done or if it will be done well. They always put their 110% into everything
they do which I admire. I also really look up to them because my whole family
has been through so much basically moving countries every 2 years. Although
they were constantly pulled away from the friends they've made they would
never once complain but instead accept and use that situation to their
advantage. They are the type of people that I hope to be one day. So when I
become a senior cadet my officers or younger cadets can fully put their trust in
me and are as confident in my capabilities as I am.
General: for cadets who can't participate in parade for an extended amount of
time, need to fill out form for their CO, will not be excused if enrolled for
less than 2 years or 18+ years old
Less than 120 days: COs have authority to approve <120 day consecutive
absences, cadets can keep their uniforms, come to events the CO deems fit, and
apply to summer courses/ staff
More than 120 days: these excuses need to be approved by the Region Cadet
Officer, cadets can't keep their uniforms, and they would only be considered for
Summer training staff/ courses after all other qualified cadets have been
considered.

who want to pursue aviation usually participate in. It is an
opportunity for cadets to acquire their gliding license while also
meeting like-minded cadets and creating connections through the

Firstly I would approach their flight/ cadets and ask if what It is true
and to provide context to the situations they were put through. After
discussing with the cadets and fully educating myself I would then
approach the sgt to talk to them about their behaviour. I would tell
them that the way they are approaching the situation is not right
and tell them how they could improve / better handle their cadets. I
want this to be a learning experience for them since maybe they
just weren't properly taught how to handle their cadets or that's how
they were handled. If this behavior continues I would then approach
